BURmastic® Built Up Roofing Systems
Tremco Roofing's BURmastic cold process built-up roof system has a long track record in providing superior weatherproofing for all kinds of buildings. BURmastic systems are easy to install, even in roof areas with limited accessibility; low in odor; use no kettles or torches; and are available in solvent-free configurations, which are ideal for restoration projects in facilities such as hospitals, schools, and similar sensitive environments, as well as for new construction. A lack of solvents also helps promote faster drying of the adhesive, which can mean shorter roofing projects.
BURmastic built-up roofs are available in multiple configurations, each offering such features as the extra strength, redundant protection and long-term performance of a multiply system; FM Global approvals; and improved rooftop safety by eliminating fire hazards. Certain BURmastic plies and adhesives even contain recycled content, making our built up roofs more sustainable and potentially helping a facility qualify for LEED points.
No matter what BURmastic built-up roof system you choose, you'll get excellent results from a roofing system that provides outstanding tensile strength, excellent tear-resistance, and superior waterproofing characteristics.
